A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Reimer earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2014, graduating summa cum laude with a commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Since 2014, Dr. Reimer has proudly served the communities of Des Moines and Urbandale, building a family-focused practice where patients of all ages can receive the care and attention they deserve. She believes that every patient is unique and works closely with each individual to develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Dr. Reimer utilizes a variety of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall wellness. Her approach includes Palmer Package adjusting techniques as well as soft tissue therapies such as trigger point massage, stretching and strengthening exercises, cupping therapy, Graston® myofascial scraping, and cold laser therapy. By combining these evidence-informed techniques, she strives to address both the source of discomfort and the factors that contribute to long-term health.
